HDFC Customer care repeatly asking me to mail Moratorium acceptance letter, which i sent 4 times till now .. no one is responding properly ..Till now, i had 4 complaint register number from HDFC Bank .. Each time HDFC Bank customer care centre asking me same qusetion of Moratorium acceptance letter( which i sent 4 times till now) by different person .. please higher official in HDFC Bank should take necessary action against this ...it aleady more than 3 weeks over.
