I purchased hp laptop from vijay sales maninagar branch, ahmedabad on 22.01.2020. At the time of purchase we have been told that there is the scheme of 10% cashback on hdfc credit cards and i also received the sms for the same advertisement. Cashback was supposed to be received within 90 days. But now its been almost 4 months i. E. 120 days and still i haven’t received the cashback of 10% on my purchased amount. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
