[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank complaint against hdfc bank advocate amit kumar for recall of auto loan

Dear sir,
I have taken an auto loan from hdfc bank in 2018, details as below:
Auto loan a/c no. 54455240
Ref no. : lrn/08092020/12796
Letter dated 07/09/2020
Recall loan amount : 404577.54
With reference to the above details, i have received a notice from mr. Amit kumar (Advocate) from hdfc bank that my auto loan is recalled & i have to pay the entire loan amount with interest to bank within 7 days of receiving this letter else my vehicle will be repossessed by the recovery any time..
I've been paying regularly my loan emi every month including any late repayment charges.
Due to covid-19, since moratarium was granted by the government, i had assumed that my loan a/w shall also be under moratarium.in this regards, i also did not receive any letter or email from hdfc bank contrary to the same.
I am going to pay the hdfc auto loan emi for this month along with late repayment charges as soon as my husband's salary is credited. Also i was under the impression as there was no written communication from hdfc that accordingly my loan tenure shall be increased.
I request for resolution as i wish to continue the emi repayment as per revised schedule with addition of the moratarium period.
Kindly help in the matter.
