Respected sir, The credit card company has been charged me two times. First at the name of the loan processing fee and second at the name of the pre closer charge. In MOST IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS voucher, they (HDFC bank Credit card company) have written loan processing fee and pre closer charge fee is rs 700 (Please find attachment MOST IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS see page 3 table row 7). Like this, they have taken other charges also. Kindly return my extra amount which bank has been taken from me. The detail of the loan which I have taken is given below.
