So many working days are gone in between and I have not received any update from you. I think HDFC is not serious regarding any customer complaint. Please email me any further updates of my complaint. Next time I will paste all the communications from your customer care, so that public should know how some crazy customer care executive of HDFC just eating out the brand name of the bank and making bogus promises and looting money of customers.
