My credit card was charged two times on 07. Nov.2017 without any conformation.

I complaint to hdfc bank. Customer care person raised dispute request and he said need to send one soft copy of hdfc dispute form to send cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
Many people affecting. I may get reply from officials.
I hope my money will be reversed.

I have blocked my cc immediately after receiving this message.
