This is related to my new Regalia credit card application. I applied for it in Jan/Feb 2020. After a hiccup my application got approved and was dispatched. But unfortunately this card never got delivered to me till date due to lock down. So there is no question of me activating it. But surprisingly I received a bill statement for this undelivered card on 21/07/2020. In this I was charged 2950/- as annual charges. As per the offer on this card (mentioned on the application form), i[censored]ser made certain amount of transactions for first 3 months after activating the card, the card would become lifetime free from annual charges. So obviously I wanted these charges to be waived off and to cancel this credit card. So I tried to register this complaint with HDFC senior management help desk for credit cards. I connected with them multiple times in last 8 days to resolve this. But to my disappointment they didn't even provide me an acknowledgement or a complaint number. So I felt the need to register my complaint on this platform.
