Hdfc support executive told me about hdfc ergo health insurance policy that i can avail for 2 years. So i will have to pay some amount each month as a premium and at the end of it if i don't renew again same amount of points will be credited which i can use to do shopping. I have paid for 22 months and now wanted to get clarification from customer care (How i will be getting that benefit and how to avail it). They are not responding or avoiding after hearing me out. Now i am not able to connect to them, call getting disconnected every time.
