HDFC Bank — Hdfc bank deductions in the name of amb chrg incl st & cess

I am Anuradha from Bangalore; Savings Account No.: [protected], K R ROAD-BANGALORE

For Mar2017 and Apr2017 i see deductions of amount of 172.5 and 517.50 respectively from my account and i see my balance amount is decreasing. If you want to deduct, kindly inform the customer first. Requesting you to refund for all this amount, else i will go to rbi and proceed further accordingly. How dare you deduct my hard earned money ?
