HDFC Bank — Hdfc bank FAS tag account

I have been trying login to my hdfc bank FAS tag account. Tried reset password, new user but getting the error no record found. FAS tag customer Id is[protected]. Also when I put the vehicle no in google pay app it says no records found. My email Id is [protected]@gmail.com
