I have applied for hdfc fastag on 20th october 2017 and on 28th october 2017 my id was created after follow up with customer care. Same was activated on 2nd november 2017. I received a message saying my fastag is activated and till now i haven't received the fastag tag either call from hdfc executive. Tried contacting the hdfc customer care and no response from them after continuously calling them for 3 days.
I have paid them 500 rupees and i'm not sure whether i'll be getting the fastag

Please advice why hdfc is taking too much time on this tag delivery, also now itself customer care is behaving like this, i am worrying about the quality of the service. How they are going to support me in long run, how i will get all of the services on time, just imagine a scenario of stranding in the highway and customer care not attending calls for two days.
