I applied for fastag on 10th november 2019 through hdfc bank making an online payment of 500 rs. The application reference number for the same is : hfr350782.
After the approval it was mentioned an email was sent on my registered e-mail id which happens to be [protected]@yahoo.com also a representative will get in touch soon and will receive the same within a week.
It's been more than a week and i haven't received an email or my fastag and neither of the representative have contacted me.
I contacted hdfc bank and they told there is nothing they can do and i need to contact fastag company. The fastag's customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I even raised the complain on 19th nov by mailing on support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but havent got any response what so ever from anywhere.
I have been a royal customer with hdfc bank since years but this scenario really shook me up as the bank and the fastag company are not ready to entertain.
It's a request to suggest me a way out.

The application was made on 10th of November as seen in the screenshot listed previously, it already said "The tag will be dispatched to your mailing address within 7 working days " it's been 12 days since and i haven't got the tag or any email yet... As per your suggestion should i count 7 working days from now on???
