I can't express how much I got irritated just by taking a loan from HDFC, and I never refer to any of my closest ones to take any kind of loan from HDFC.
They doesn't maintain our data securely, how come callers know that I paid 14 instalments and eligible for new loan.
I am loosing my personal and professional calls because of this stupid and time waste calls.
I would like to raise compliant on HDFC bank for sharing my personal details to other call centres, In return If I ask them how come they got my number they just say don't know.
Daily I used to get 10-15 calls and after activating some DND for personal and credit card by google search, it reduced for some extent and again started.
Its not the issue with me, my husband also face the same and want to question HDFC to answer me on how it revealed our personal details which is violating the rule of client privacy. Was this information helpful? |
