HDFC Bank — hdfc bank hdfc bank ach debit return charges-590rs

Hi due to this covid 19 i'm unable to pay my home loan, even i have submitted for moratorium as hdfc instructed. But still ach charges has been debited twice 1180 from my account, i need my money back in this pandemic situation, please help.
