I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr008637. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast i'll try another service provider.
