Hdfc fastag not yet received... Really very bad service from hdfc bank.. Applied on 11 Jan 2020, without any intimation through sms or tracking number they dispatched. Since i was not available on that day, so Blue dart told collect it from courier office. After when to the courier they asked for ier they asked for SMS from HDFC or Courier details. I failed to show because no information HDFC. I contacted customer care they told we will initiate Redispatch. After contacting customer care with multiple calls no response. Till now i didnt receive new tracking no or sms after redispatching... How a person know that whether it is redispatched or not?? How can i track it??
Every call customer care connecting taking 30mins for one call. After connecting the call Customer executive simply telling network issue call after 10mins or 1 hour.
