[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank hdfc fastag through online

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of Rs.500. The reference number of the application is Fastag-HFR364726 (No way to track the application status in online). There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. Dec 11, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I just received the HDFC Fastag RFID Courier after 4 weeks . My only concern here is Fastag Customer care number no one responds and no reply for any of the queries from their support email id. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 25, 2019 Updated by Gobinath Duraisamy Complaint update: I have applied online fastag on 13.09.2019. Application reference number is HFR364726. I have also received the customer id and wallet id on 24.09.2019 and it is in activestatus . I haven't received my HDFC fastag RFid courier yet. Kindly share the courier details and let me know the current status. I have contacted hdfc fastag customer care several times but no one is responding from that side it's continously busy.
