HDFC Bank hold my 12424.99, no one now how to release my amount, I have call HDFC bank customer care but no one solve my problem

When i open HDFC bank app amount show
Mirevenue hold through GEFU
I Don’t known what is this please solve my problem because amount is big and this time situation very hard please.
