Hi Sir,
This is Pavan, I have some HDFC personal loan due amount(34, 199 rs/-) last year before Aug 2016 and I have HDFC salary account as well. I got salary and they hold 34, 199 rs/- in my salary account. I have called them HDFC customer care and they said because of your pending amount we hold this amount. I told them to release that amount to make payment of my personal loan due. they have released that amount and they cleared it. I got confirmation mail from them and got NOC as well.
Recently I have taken my CIBIL Report but there is "Written-OFF" status in my CIBIL report. I went to my branch and taken NOC hard copy once again. I asked them to remove "Written-OFF" status into my CIBIL as i have paid total due amount. They said, Please mail to [protected]@HDFCbank.com or meet to collection department for this issue.
I just call to HDFC Customer care people to know about my status of this. They said, we don't know and please meet with collection department.
I would like to know what is the approach, I will take next step... It will not resolved if I met with collection department.

I met with collection team about this and they said, it will rectify with in 10 working days.
Still i need to communicate with them which you mentioned in a email.
Please confirmed this.
