Last year i have opened salary account in hdfc bank and i left the organization then my debit card has been lost in october 2016 i stopped using the hdfc bank account recently i have checked that my account is converted to salary account and 690 rupees per month has been debited from my account which is converted into negative balance of rupees 4435 now i want to close the account i will not pay the negative balance as it was our of my knowledge please solve my issue my mobile number is [protected]

HDFC has sent me a credit card bill to my this email id [protected]@yahoo.in
I have not used the card for any amount then why the bill has come.
Please clarify at the earliest.
