Hi team,
It's been 10 days, still i didn't get any proper response from your side. I tried so many times to the customer care number, it is always busy.
Here the issue is,
I have loaded 2000rs into my payzapp wallet on 02-sep-2017 & have seen the failure message shows that the transaction is declined, also the money got debited from my card but not reflecting in my payzapp wallet.
The app itself doesn't shows the recent transactions.
After that i got a text from your side saying that the amount will be reversed within 4-5 days. I have waited nearly 10days, till now i didn't recieve no updates from your side. This is the way you treat your customer?
I have raised the complaint on below link: http://bit.ly/2aJ9wGW with proper details but no response. This is the worst customer support that i have ever seen. I request you to resolve this issue asap.
