HDFC Bank — hdfc bank payzapp transfer success but money not received to bank account

Hi sir,
I have transferred 5000/- from pay zapp wallet to my bank account. The transaction in payzapp wallet shows successful but the money was not credited to my bank account.

I am trying to reach the customer care from yesterday but no luck it is always busy.
Transaction date is 01/11/2017

Please help me on this issue at the earliest.
