Dear seniors of hdfc bank -
Please pay some attention to resolve my issue.
This is my second complaint for the same issue, i am waiting for the solution from bank but unfortunately bank have no time to address the issues other then auto mails.
Following complaint i had made on 7th july and since then i am waiting for the solution since i have been wrongly charged around 15k in multi pal transaction that too without my intimation/agreements.
My last complaint is still open but bank has shared me mail that it has been closed. (Ttu[protected]th july 2017)
I have not received any calls from bank other then 1 call made by branch staff who was damn rude to discuss the matter and moreover rather then providing me the solution unnecessarily threatened me over call and took the whole conversation in different way.
It is highly disappointed to be a customer with hdfc bank.

I have a car loan from kotak mahindra bank and esc made through hdfc bank since i had my salary account in hdfc only, this loan has started in 2012 and my esc was automatically deducted from my salary account, however it was never the pain until i was getting my salary into hdfc but due to some issues with hdfc my company has shifted the salary account from hdfc to axis and now the real trouble started, i tried to maintain a sufficient balance in hdfc but sometimes esc amount got deducted and sometimes it wasn't, i never checked my hdfc bank account since it seems a smooth account & esc's but one fine day i came to know that every esc bounce has charges that too even after i have amount in my bank, 2-3 month there were chances where in i couldn't pay emi's and cleared the same with kotak via cash payment & my emi with kotak was never stacked.
I have been charged around 850+ taxes multiple times, where in i have paid all my emi's to kotak on time.
Please help to get the charges reversed since i was not aware about the same.

No one have reverted to me, seems hdfc has lost even courtesy to address the complaint and revert to its customer.
