I have recently had a very poor experience with HDFC bank - relationship manager "Surbhi Johri" from Janak Puri, New Delhi.
My name is Yashpal Singh and I have a savings account (Classic Customer) in the HDFC Bank.
A couple of days ago my relationship manager (Surbhi Johri) called me to upgrade the credit card and I refused them not to upgrade because my mailing address is old and there is no receiver also I cannot receive it from there.
Then RM (Surabhi Johri) said no matter sir when the courier boy comes to deliver, you will tell me, We will submit it to your home branch.
Me: I said are you sure?.
RM: pretty sure sir we will dispatch to the home branch at Janak Puri, New Delhi.
Me: I said then okay! (you can also check recorded this conversation)
After some days the courier boy (blue dart) went to deliver it to my old address and I have not met at that address and the blue dart tracking status is showing - C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address
I have tried contacting her so many times but no success and if she calls, she does not speak anything and that call was put on hold!
I am disheartened by the repeated ignorance of the relationship manager called Surbhi Johri, she is supposed to be handling my account. So what is the benefit of such a relationship manager?
She is a really poor relationship manager!
Also, please take strict action on the Relationship Manager called Surbhi Johri. Why did she lie that your credit card will be delivered to the home branch?
