My credit card was returned as i was unavailable to receive it from the courier guy.
Now i want to raise a re dispatch request as per the sms i received from hdfc, but there is no clear instructions as to where i can do that.
There is no way we can talk to the customer care due to covid and none of these services are offered online too.
What are we supposed to do?
Either make sure your customer care is operating or at least improve your online services and provide the customers way to do complete their requests. Was this information helpful? |
