HDFC Bank — hdfc bank regalia card issue

Hi,

I am using hdfc bank regalia credit card since a long time. Previously i was using diners club rewards credit card and bank told me to upgrade for regalia. There were around 10000 reward points in my diners club which bank told me to transfer to regalia card but when they change all point lapsed.
Now when i start using this regalia then from march -2019 they have adjusted around more than 10000 reward point again in credit card bills. And i have an account in hdfc bank and personal banker is assigned which is of no use. If you told her she said she will check but never called or pick the phone.
Iam fad up with the credit card services of this bank. As in the name of facilities, it's a complete fraud.

Hello,

That's fine if you have given the reward pints base don Proportionate basis.But what about the reward points which are more than 10000 has been adjusted/lapsed since March-2019 without any information to the customer.
