HDFC Bank — hdfc bank transaction failed but amount debited from credit card

I have made 2 transaction of rs. 6928+6928 - to university of madras through hdfc bank credit card on 03.08.2020. The transaction failed but amount debited from credit card, but the transaction was not processed. Hoping my previous refund will be reversed. Please do your best for return of my amount.
