Three months before I have opened new savings account in HDFC bank.
Unable to transfer money from HDFC to other account using IMPS.
My money has been blocked not able to do anything.
Tried calling customer care many times, all they are telling is everything from their side is fine .
Even wrote multiple mails
Not statisfied with the customer support at all.
This is the worst service of any bank I have used .
Imagine having this issue when there is an emergency.
Customer service is not giving real solution
I am getting the following message when doing IMPS :

I am getting this error when doing UPI transaction:
Payment declined : try another bank account or call your bank
Thinking of closing my account in HDFC.
This is harassment
