[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank unauthorised payments ref. no. amazon1258399

Hi, From 23 june 2020 there is unauthorised payment against ref. No. Amazon1258399 being rs.999 deducted from my card no. Xxxx6453 today[protected]:03:02:53 without otp. I raised my complaints to amazon no. Of times and given statements for all such payments and called hdfc bank as well but getting no resolution from my card total payment of approx ₹999 has been deducted. I have even removed my card details from amazon account even then such deductions are being made. I can not rely on amazon and hdfc bank both.
