HDFC Bank — HDFC Bank unauthorized amount deduction from hdfc credit card

Respected sir / madam..
I, hdfc credit card which detail given below, holder, herein kindly requesting to intervene and recover the unauthorized amount.
On 20.04.2019, early morning one message received from hdfc bank portal:

Alert:rs.3311.00 spent via credit card xx5228 at sbilife10983 on[protected]:06:17:53 without pin/otp

The same amount has been debited from my hdfc credit card.
Here i want to mention that i don't have any insurance in sbi bank. And moreover, i have never share my card credtentials to any body.
Please kindly requesting for your intervention and recovery for the same.
