When i click on upi in account tab while logged in hdfc mobile app, it says "you are not allowed to do this transaction. Kindly contact your nearest branch".

I have visited the bank and reinstalled the latest version of the app after wiping my phone cache. The bank could not help me and has asked me to mail to hdfc customer care. I havent got any response yet.

I have attached screenshots and sent it to hdfc support email with RE:"HBL=[protected]".
