Dear sir/madam, Regarding as per complain, i receive 01 contact mr. Bhosale mo. No. [protected] he told me your account bal. Amount we do not refund, we hold there up to 28th august 2017 and we transfer the total amount in to credit card. I told him, i am your regular customer and also i paid the minimum due amount so how can you collect my hole amount from my account. He told me you paid your minimum amount delayed 01 day, so its hdfc standard process to recover amount. My complain is how can hdfc recover the amount from account holder if delayed only 01 day.
