[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank's employee behaviour

Yesterday i received a call from a unknown number and she was claiming her self as a hdfc bank employee. As mentioned, her employee id :- p29492, name :- puja das.
She first told me, there have offer to upgrade your credit limit and you don't have to pay a single money. So i said, ok. After few hours, she again called me and told me you will receive a confirmation call from a third party. Please approve that. At that time, i was confused. Anyway, i received a call from a spam number. I accepted it. From there i get to know, this a card insurance policy and i need to pay 1800 rupees. I denny that thing.
After that, puja again called me, and told me why you are not confirming? I said i am not willing to pay 1800 rupees. Then she said bank will pay on behalf of you for the first time. At that time, i believed her note and said ok, i will confirm.
Today, what happen is, that third party again called me and informed me that this is auto renewal process. I told them, i don't want it to be auto renewal process. Then said it can't be possible and cut the call.
Then puja again called me, and talked so rudely. She was saying in rough tone why you wasting my time??? She even threaten me by saying if you don't do this, you will face the problem in civil file. You have to pay this.
Then i contacted hdfc bank customer care. I blocked that card.
After that she again called me and saying your amount will be charged on your another hdfc bank card. So again i called customer care and blocked that card also. At the time of blocking i confirmed that there no dues on both of the card.
While talking, i asked puja to write a main what she is saying over phone. She didn't gave that. Even after asking her manager's name and mail id, she didn't gave and cut the call.
