[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc blocked account for re-kyc, in spite of rbi telling hdfc bank not to make up its own kyc verification rules

Hdfc blocked all my accounts linked to my customer id since 16th nov evening, including my salary account. My so called customer relationship person yashvita alve phone number - [protected] did not bother to call stating that the account will be blocked nor responds to phone calls post it. Luckily i had debit card of another bank and could use it since i was travelling.

The account was blocked in-spite of linking my aadhar card, submitting address, identify proof on the net banking.

Hdfc banking quality clearly is deplorable and i don't think i will ever bank with hdfc again
