I have complained regarding charge in dispute form in hdfc bank . instead of giving me solution they have added it to my bill. they have not investigated it properly and they dont even replay back . now they have add it my bill.they should properly responded to my complain

We Corporate Account with HDFC Bank since 1 year. On 14th we swipe a amount of Rs 10300 and after few time it is Void manually from EDC machine, but that amount is not credited to customer account. So kindly solve the Problem as soon as possible.
