I had purchased an iPhone XR on 29/12/2019 with my HDFC bank debit card from Maple Store, Khar(w), Mumbai. As I was informed that the cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month. Now it is more that 120 days but yet I have not received cashback. Now due to this lock-down all stores are closed and only emergency services are provided with HDFC Customer care. I request to HDFC bank to please co-operate and resolve this issue by crediting cashback as soon as possible.
