I have walked into the vazhuthacad hdfc branch, several times to close my account. Each time they send me off saying cant do or wont be able to do etc. They just refuse to close down the account. Finally i wrote down in letter & signed and submitted that i would like to close & surrender all passbooks, cards etc. The card that i hv been using had been inactive for more than years i hv told them tst and still refuse to shut it down. And still im getting messages from hdfc saying negative balance. Please look into the issue.
