[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card autopay return fees waiver

I have registered autopay on my loan account number[protected]; the emi was due for rs. 3328 on 29th march 2020. However, i could not pay the same as insufficient balance so i paid the same dated 07th april 2020. Bank has charged me rs. 531 as autopay return fees. Verified Support May 07, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, owing to your relationship with the Bank we have arranged to reverse the payment return fee of Rs.450 levied in April 2020 statement. On successful reversal the credit shall reflect in the next billing statement. We wish to inform that the corresponding GST remains payable.
