I have taken a credit card from hdfc 3 months back. While submitting the application, the sales person took my signature without explaining me anything. After 3 months, they somehow activated the smart pay option on credit card by which the payment will be deducted automatically without even taking my consent. The bill was to paid by my company. Now the amount has been deducted and when i called up the customer care, they said they asked me to contact my telephone subscriber and they refuse to reimburse the amount which they have paid without my consent. Now i feel that hdfc bank cheated me.
