Dear sir,
It just inform you that as stated in my email, there is a pure miss selling has been done of credit card hence i have cancelled my credit card as soon as i have received it. Now after three months of time frame (April, may, june) you are asking me to pay the member ship amount of the card which not used by me a single time.
We have taken up for appropriate review and would like to inform you that your earlier card was blocked on 20.03.2017 and new credit card bearing 5523 xxxx xxxx 0087 was generated in lieu of earlier. The same is hold for reissue till date. Hence, as per card feature membership fee of rs. 1, 000.00 along with gst of rs.180.00 billed in july 2017 statement
Further, as depicted in the email the new credit card was generated and is hold for reissue? So do you have call me single time and asked me that whether you want to card or not. You cannot dictate your terms and conditions on consumer like this.
The most funny part of your email, the card was blocked on 20th march 2017. For which the statement was generated in july and you are sending me an email on 13th august? Why you not tried to contact me on my phone or through correspondence during all this period.
From my side i have clearly told the your customer card that i not interested in any of hdfc cards as your sales executive says different things which is not the case with your cards. Infact all the terms and condition is not clearly mentioned before taking the card itself.
Hence request you see this issue with your banking staff/mangers instead of bugging the honest tax paying citizens like me.
