I had applied for a regalia credit card from hdfc. Same has been provided to me. But i found that without my consent hdfc has initiated shield insurance against my credit card and that also through emi. I have informed both hdfc along with m/s hdfc ergo insurance to cancel the same. But they have not yet cancelled the same and issued me the insurance statement along with credit card bill to pay the amount. My credit card no is 8945. It is requested to cancel the insurance and return the amount deducted to my credit card immediately. Further a revised statement may be provided to me for payment.
