Hi sir, i have purchased purchased gold ornaments for 2.5lac in lalithaa jewellary mart p. Ltd. No.6-3-883, sbr souk, panjagutta, hyderabad, telangana - 500082 on dec 21st 2019, on that day hdfc credit card offers 2% cash back offer but till the time i didn't get my cash back amount.100 days completed and i have already escalated to all concerns of hdfc bank/i spoke to customer care couple times but till now i have received my cash back amount, Kindly help me.
