[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card cashback not received

Made a transaction of inr 81724 at homecenter (Lifestyle) on 3rd august 2019.
I am yet to recieve a cashback of 10%. Three months have passed, still not recieved..

My hdfc complaint number is [protected].

I have sent email and multiple calls to the customer service of hdfc bank. They say they will call me back.

This complaint was raised 20 days ago, still no follow up from bank's side
