I have received verification calls to my office desk, verification got completed successfully, when i checked my status i saw this msg online as 'disapproved' application

What the hell is this, when i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?
I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.
I already wasted 10-18 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.
If i am not eligible for credit card please put back my all document that i had been submitted to your executive.

Hello guys. It seems many of us facing the same issue... But they sent a copy of letter below the status, you can see the option click here for more information on the status of your application. Please click which will show you the form (2 pages) please fill the details and send it to the mentioned address. Your application will be processed further.

Agent: He has submitted the documents and cannot do anything else. He doesn't even have his manager's number to give me. He told me to contact customer support.
Customer Support: They can't do anything and asked me to contact the agent for further information or wait for another month (20 working days). They also didn't have any contact for supervisor or manager.
It's been over 2 weeks I have applied for the card. Agents know nothing about what documents are required. I have got cards from other banks where I don't even have a salaried account faster than this. HDFC is the worst bank with the worst customer service from what I have experienced from the time I became a customer.
