[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card - easy emi unable to process

I purchased an iphone 11 through my regalia first hdfc credit card and opted for easy emi, but after 8 days i got a text that hdfc was unable to process my easy emi request without a proper reason and i am calling their customer care since 2 days but there are only automated machine and i am not able to get through to a representative. What the hell is this? Can someone help?
