My Credit Card doesn't enable the EMI option. that time i called to customer care they redirect to corresponding bank. Once i reach the bank about this issue they gave me the credit card executor name and number. I contact the person he told to call the customer care.
I am highly disappointed with the kind of response your customer care executive give to customers even Instead of giving me a solution he is arguing with me and telling me that i am misleading him when i am giving the correct piece of communication this is the kind of service HDFC give to customers.
Now i want EMI facility on my credit card so that i can pay and maintain my CIBIL
I want a senior person to intervene and speak to me in this regard
