[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card got suspended

Hi,
I had a credit card with hdfc bank. Due to some health issues i quit my job for 6 months and that time i'm unable to pay my credit card bill. After that i got job in some other company with better salary. I have cleared all my pending dues including all late payment charges and penalties recently. Now i have financial support. I have requested hdfc bank to re activate my previous card. But they are telling me that my cibil score is low and they can't reactivate it permanently. Since my cibil score is low no other banks are issuing me credit card. Though i have good salary there is no other possibility to improve my cibil score without credit card. Hence i requested them to re activate my previous card. My customer id:56477228. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
