[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card no :[protected]

Dear sir

This is to bring to your notice is that hdfc credit card no:[protected] was opened in the year[protected] with zero processing fees with zero annual fees. Unfortunately while checking my cibil score i could find written off amount (Total) 5111.

How could it be possible of an outstanding amount of rs.5111/- on zero transaction, zero yearly charges.

Please update necessary correction in my cibil database.
