[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card smartpay scam

My hdfc credit card is getting billed through smartpay for tata power although i do not have any account with tata power nor have i ever requested for smartpay facility. I raised a complaint (No. [protected]) regarding it but customer care doesn't believe me. They are blaming me that i had activated smartpay for more than a year which is completely false. They told me to talk to tata power for reimbursement which is totally unfair as i have no fault in this. I am completely frustrated with customer care services as they are unhelpful even though i am getting cheated.
