HDFC Bank — HDFC Debit Card_ Cashback not received

Hi,

I have bought my iphone11 with an HDFC bank debit card on 11/07/2020 from Hari Om Custom Collection, Mumbai.
I was informed that I will receive a cashback within 45 days from the day of purchase and now it's been more than 3 months since I haven’t received my cashback.

Please find below transaction details as per the bank account statement :

Product purchased: Iphone11 64GB RED on 11/07/2020
Merchant name: Hariom Custom Collection

Date of Purchase: 11/07/2020
